A telescopic bell with specialized packing pushes the tire bead oﬀ the rim border to allow high-volume air injection
Precision Inﬂation
Air is injected to the target pressure (adjustable via control panel)
Seating & Sealing
Once pressurized, the tire is guided back to the rim border for perfect bead seating and inﬂation retention
Multi-Format Tooling
A telescopic unit with three interchangeable rings manages the entire tire family
