General Contractor
ICAP is responsible for the overall coordination of a project, management of vendors and trades, and the communication of information to all involved parties, from initial feasibility study until final start-up.
Assembly System
Our assembly systems allow to optimize production, reducing assembly time, improving reliability index to guarantee a correct installation.
Design and Engineering
Our team of over 30 engineers has extensive industrial knowledge which assures our customers receive the highest quality standards of excellence in designing everything we need to give shape to ideas and projects and to calculate the effects and performance.
Realization
With a dedicated internal workshop, we are able to produce up to 100% of the components in house, having at disposal 13 machining centers, from highprecision CNC 5-axes milling machines to heavy carpentry and welding.
Installation
Our highly skilled technicians are able to assemble and fully test all our lines in a 5000 m2 space, to guarantee the correct functioning and performance of all equipment.
Start-Up & Fine Tuning
ICAP takes care of all the equipment installation at Customer site, performing fine tuning of the machines and supporting the Customer in the line start-up phases.
